A talk and exploration of both basic and current legal issues relating to the wider media industry will be held by media law consultant Jonny Boston. There will be time at the event to pose some of your queries to Jonny.

Jonny has a wide range of commercial and legal experience in Film, TV and New Media. He qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and has specialized in film and entertainment, however since June 2010 is ‘non practicing’ and advises his clients as a ‘consultant’. He has specialist knowledge of Film and TV including content sourcing and acquisition, copyright, production/finance structure, all aspects of production, distribution and exploitation. In New Media he has specialised in digital content, sourcing, acquiring, licensing, exploitation and digital publishing.

Jonny will be working with the Forum in future to provide specialist legal advise to help our membership.
