FINAL CUT - END OF YEAR SCREENING

This end of year screening showcases some of the best work from this years City & Guilds film production students. During the year trainees have worked on a range of projects, covering drama, comedy, documentary and music video. This is a chance to see a selection of their work, speak to the producers and the training team and find out more about courses at Light House.

City & Guilds Diploma in Media Techniques (TV & Video) 7501 Level 3 Start date Jan 07
3 days per wk, Tues – Thurs (36 wks)
A course designed for those wishing to develop their practical skills within the video and television sector, which provides an excellent starting point for moving into the industry or further/higher education. This demanding programme enables students to produce high quality productions in a range of styles including documentary, drama, comedy and music video.
Requirements: Enthusiasm and evidence of interest in the media industry, excellent communication skills, literacy and numeracy and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Cost: Free with travel and childcare costs available. Free places are made possible by funding from the Learning and Skills Council Black Country and ESF. To be eligible to apply, applicants must be aged 19+, residing in the Black Country Objective 3 area and be unemployed.
