FREE HR & TRAINING CONSULTANCY
Skillset would like to invite you to apply for our free HR and training consultancy service. This service is provided by our consultant Susan Kennedy, who has 20 years experience of working in HR and training with substantial knowledge across all sectors of the film industry.
Over the past few years we have been piloting this service with specific sectors of the industry, and now for the first time it is available to all independent companies working in film.
Susan will work with your company to carry out an HR and training diagnostic. This will involve:
- Looking at all your current structures, systems and staff skills
- Identifying strengths and weaknesses
This service is all completely free to you. Many companies that have worked with Susan find that going through the diagnostic process is enough to help them make significant improvements to their company. However you can then choose to also work with Susan to build on the initial HR consultancy service and devise a training plan for staff in the company.
If you take up the training, you can apply for a grant of up to 70% of the costs, up to a maximum of £10,000. The other 30% of the costs must be met through match funding.
