The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) invites expressions of interest for the procurement of film services and photography to capture the construction of the Olympic Park, which will include various types of media and images.

This requirement has been split into two lots and therefore the ODA is seeing pre-qualification submissions from organisations capable of delivering film services and/or photography services as follows:

LOT 1 - Film Services: includes film crews, time lapse cameras, aerial photography and webcam.
LOT 2 - Photography Services: includes stills photography and progress photography.

Please note that interested bidders MUST meet the ODA's mandatory pre-qualification requirements:

Experience of filming and/or photographing construction work or projects & experience of working with the media.

Those expressing an interest must register on our new eTendering website and then complete a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) via the website. Interested bidders may only express interest via the eTendering website. Expressions sent by any other means will not be accepted. Suppliers are advised to submit expressions of interest (EOI) at the earliest opportunity in order to allow sufficient time for completion of the PQQ.
