PAID - Director or Photography - West Midlands Shoot

Shoot Dates: Saturday 13th to Friday 19th September 2008 inclusive.

One Interior location: West Midlands

Pay UKP 400 - UKP 600 Per DAY PLUS TRAVEL and HOTEL, MEALS etc.

Brief:

We have been commissioned to shoot a short film (15 minutes) for a UK Charity (Macmillan Cancer Support) aimed for DVD and Internet. It is to be shot at a convenient location in the West Midlands which will be dressed as a Doctor's Waiting Room.

Like our last production, also sold for charity, it will feature some very well known actors.

Initially we are looking for a talented DoP with a good showreel who can work in a small friendly team and deliver high quality filmic images given the right support and equipment and a modest budget.

You may recommend a preferred gaffer and assistants - or we can recruit them for you as the next stage.

So we can compare costs "like-for-like" - if you are from outside the West Midlands we will pay all your hotel bills and travel expenses separately so please DON'T load your fees to cover this.

This is to benefit charity so we hope for a discount on your normal rates - but we can pay in the range of UKP400 to UKP600 PER DAY for the 7-day period. If anyone in your family has ever been helped by this self funded UK charity then you may be willing to work at a greatly reduced rate - which would be fantastic.

In the first instance please email a BRIEF CV and list of the last couple of projects you have been DoP on and any URL links we can look at - we will request showreels if we need them.

If you have access to good hire deals or have your own equipment please state this. If not then we can provide any equipment you require.
