BBC Blast is running a season of programmes showcasing films made by young film makers - so whether you are an established director, a budding new talent, or you just want to try your hand at something new, we want your film. Successful submissions will be aired in December in a series of programmes that will include feedback and advice from industry experts.
- You should be under the age of 25
- Your film can be of any genre but this year there will be special features on dance, animation and horror but don’t forget we are looking for drama comedy or anything else that you think would entertain the nation
- It should be submitted in mini DV, DVD or high 8 form.
- It should reach us no later than the 31st October 2006
- Preferably it should be no longer than ten minutes
- Ideally it should not include any copyrighted music – if commercial music is used all details of publisher, composer and copyright should be sent in with your submission.
