For the month of March Big Screen Birmingham is showcasing a selection of the films from the Technology Innovation Centre's Cinem@tic 2006 Short Film Festival. The festival exists to encourage innovation in short filmmaking and has pulled together a fantastic range of films from the last 12 months.

These include witty animations to daring dramas to thought provoking documentaries. This year Cinem@tic has literally searched the world for their entries with films from Poland, Canada & India included within the programme. Thank you to all those filmmakers who have agreed to have their films shown on the Big Screen.

The films started going out on the Big Screen on Saturday 2nd March; here is this week's schedule:

Saturday, Monday to Friday @ 10am: Used, Spellbound, African Brummie
Monday to Friday @ 12pm: Dreaming, Diversion, The Fool Looks at the Finger that Points to the Sky
Monday to Friday @ 3pm: Night of Light, Two: A Short Documentary, Just Like Me, Audition

Monday to Friday @ 5pm: Next Stop, Block, Fish Don't Know Rheumatism
Monday to Friday @ 7pm: Party, Octavio 13/13, Wnetrze, Two: Never Ever
Monday & Tuesday @ 10.35pm: Four Weeks Notice, Night Breeze, Italia 2006, Obrzedy
