The third round of BBC Commissioning Briefs is being held during November 2006. Commissioning Editors (or their executive producers) from a range of genres will talk to a combined audience of independent and BBC in-house producers. A briefing is being held in Birmingham on Tuesday 7 November 2006 from 12.30 till 14.30 at Pennyblacks, 132 - 134 Wharfside Street, The Mailbox, Birmingham, B1 1RQ

Each briefing will last approximately two hours and will include opportunities for questions and one to one meetings. New Media companies are also being invited to these briefings for some informal networking with the television productions community.

We are not running a booking system for One to One meetings with the commissioning editors. Producers who wish to see commissioning editors will be invited to form an orderly queue!
